Students seeking a Nevada broker or broker salesperson license will need broker upgrade courses in addition to the Nevada law course in accordance with state form 501. Students completing the Nevada Law course will be able to print ALL 3 course certificates upon successful course completion. The Key Realty School NEVADA LAW course gives students the ability to print ALL Nevada law course certificates upon completion. Take the guess work out of the equation as it pertains to the 18 Hour, 45 Hour and 3 Credit Nevada Real Estate Law course. Students who hold a license in another state are required to complete the Nevada Law course and the Nevada Law portion of the Nevada Real Estate Licensing exam. This course is commonly referred to as the 120 hour real estate pre licensing course. Nevada traditionally requires the completion of the course work titled principles and practices of real estate. Prospective Nevada licensees who hold or have held a license in another state may be exempt from specific portions of the Nevada Real Estate pre licensing curriculum. Licensed out of state applicants are not required to take general (national) exam if applying for equivalent license.
